Mantis Shrimp

I want to keep a mantis shrimp in a 2.5 gal, is this possible and can they really brake glass aquariums ? (scary thought)

Some mantis can break glass, but most can't.
You could easily keep a small mantis in a 2.5, provided it was a smaller variety.

You should get a bigger tank for your mantis- maybe a 100g. :lol:

I would personally prefer a 5g or a 10g cube, makes maintenance a whole lot easier. While a 2.5g is nice and small, it can be a pain to keep up with if you are leaving on vacation or something.

The other problem with smaller tanks is they use thinner glass. It's more liable to shatter. Consider acrylic for Manthis tanks.
