whats the better hawkfish flame or longnose?

i know that the flame is a little bit meaner but the longnose tends to jump . but which is better?

I have a longnose hawkfish. Great fish. I have an open top and he's never jumped. I can't mention about the other since I never looked into it. The longnose and my lionfish are the 2 fish that constantly beg for food.

I'd think the longnose would have less of a chance at eating ornamental shrimp since the mouth is so small, but I have a flame hawk and I've never had any problems with it in any regards.
