Need Help Tunze 6100's and 7094 Multi Controller

I am trying to set this up to the sequential pump circuit. The issue is that the powerhead on the 2nd channel is not turning on. It will spin for just 1 second and then stop. I followed the exact directions from the controllers manual. I know there is nothing wrong with the pumps because they run just fine in the other modes. I just got this setup I am also confused with the function of the dial near interval #5 dial in the manual. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

7094 is the old model. it was replaced by the 7095.

Adam has my old 7094 multi controller. Adam, I would give you advice but I honestly don't know. I never read the manual I just kept it 30-100% on a short alternating pulse.
