i have 2 of them in the attic, for the amount of water that they are good for it's a waste of money, you have to run the water super slow through it, as in 5g takes 4 hr's, check ebay for a ro\di, paid a $100 for a six stage one delivered to my house, made by aquasafe

i always thought twp doesn't filter as good being is just di. i have 2 sitting in the closet also.
ro/di doesnt produce water any faster though.

nope but you can buy them each individualy, cost more, but they are more accurate, and where slight differances can make a huge differance it's worth the extra money. if you dont mind a drive to peekskill, i have a api master kit also a calcium kit you can have. as well as one of the water purifier's. just need's the cartridge, $18 at petsmart if you download the coupon off their site
