Ok something must be wrong with my water or maybe something else is wrong. But i just started seeing these bubbles about a week or so and more red hair algae. I am figuring the hair algae is cause from my lighting upgrade to MH from PC. Can anyone tell my why these bubbles are forming and just ignore the aptasia (its the only one in the tank, thats visiable) Thanks for the help.

vacum/cyphin it out. Then, increase flow if low, or check how much you are feeding(might be to much). That stuff is bad, can cause nitrate to rise(or so Ive been told, never had it happen).
I cyphin out every wee when I do my water change. Wouldnt hurt to clean the sand that you accidentally cyphin out with water.
Thats been my way of beating it.
Good luck

in the case of your rocks. Take them out after water change and use the old water to clean them in w/ a tooth brush or the like.

Let me know if anyone disagrees with me, or has an easier way of doing this.

Increase flow, Run carbon, check your phosphates and nitrates, also check to make sure your calcium, alk, and mg are in check. All of these can cause a cyano bloom.

You know what those mushrooms started to look like that actually a few months ago when i had my old lighting. And these are the only mushrooms that look "shrunked" and "bleached" the other ones are doing great and contantly reproducing. I dont know whats happening with those mushrooms.
