need help picking a skimmer

im starting a 20 gallon tank with live rock, all the skimmers i see are to big, i dont want to over kill , maybe a refugium skimmer combo, thanks:skull:

I have a friend that just tore down his 24gal reef it was full of Acros and such. He hadthe Aqua C Remora Nano on it and said it was awesome.

I'm using the Tunze doc 9002 on my 24 gal and it is doing awesome! Before that I had a Remora and it did great too.

I feel that if you keep the bioload light, and have enough live rock, you prob dont need a skimmer (with weekly water changes) on a 20g system.

Bruma, don't worry about overkill for a small skimmer on a 20 gal......it's pretty much impossible.

Chief, have you ever considered a Deltec hang on for your tank? Will the MCE 600 fit on your AP24?

I think Euro-Reef is coming out with a hang-on but I'm not sure when. They're planning on making some changes to their skimmers and pumps, which is causing me to hold off upgrading my skimmer to a RS-135.
