well you obviously need a pump, LOL haha and IDK which one. I wanted one of these for my tank but I was thinking you need to run a pressure rated pump which I thought would be too big. But its just like running a closed loop. Ru your outlets and hook up some lock line. Did you get the one with the plug already attached ?

here is a copy of the 4 way I used to have on my 180 in the old house.

You can see, that I used it on one of my return lines and the other was "T-ed" off.

With a 2 way, you can use both of them on your return lines and plumb them up over the top of your tank. With a smaller tank and a 2 way, a pressure rated pump isn't necessary - with the 4 way, like on my tank, and all the turns and bends, it was necessary like Steve pointed out.
