FREE black fish

caught in long island sound, has been living in my sump for 3 weeks. healthy and active hard to take good pics pick up in yonkers, frags welcome 3" in size

Is it a blackfish or just a fish that is black? If it is a true blackfish let it go and they are a protected species.
