So with mixed feelings, I am retiring from this hobby. I just don't have the time to dedicate to taking care of these little guys. So I am selling everything. I can't believe it was this hard to finally put everything for sale.
I need to sell my livestock first, before my dry goods (a lot of high end equipment). Fortunately, I don't have that much live stock anyway.
Rules:
1) Pick up Only (Upper West Side - 76st and Columbus)
2) 25% Paypal non-refundable deposit of item cost to hold (send money as $ to family and friends to avoid fees, or you can pay for the fees). Send me a PM with the Item name as Subject.
3) Cash preferred during pick up
4) Livestock must be sold first before dry goods
5) Serious buyers only. Don't be a flake.
6) I will keep updating the list as it refreshes. I'm super busy, and most likely don't have much time to provide more pictures. Sorry guys!
To make this a lot easier, I put it all in a spreadsheet. This is the best way to give you all an update to date view of the items' availability:
