I have the same fish cleaned up all my pesky aptasia in no time. At first I thought he wasn't working cause he just seems to hover but I started noticing they were all gone in no time. And no mine doesn't nip or touch any of my coral.

they do eat pest nems and yes they will nip at corals. Now, if you have aptasia they will clear your display in no time, you can than keep in sump, feed to keep alive and rotate for maintenance and u will be free of visible aptasia in both the sump and display.

I had two last year, they cleaned the tank and sump in less then 2 weeks. I then placed them in the overflows and they cleaned those up as well but then the storm hit and I forgot they were in the overflows.

My only loses due to the storm were the file fish in the overflows.

If OP was closer I would buy this guy just for the heck of it.

I feed mine seaweed on a clip and I see him nibble on the frozen mysis when I feed everyone. He's pretty cool and like I said before cleaned up all the nasties.

i only kept leather corals and he didnt touch it... I had 3 zoa polyps that i saw him try to nip dissapear, but between him, the coral beauty, and the sea urchin, i dont know who is the guilty party. I had GSP dissapear as well.

i traded the fish already, its been 3 days and I already saw one aiptasia come out on the bottom(i havent seen any in 2 months when it was in the tank)
