120g NRR tank, stand, sump, overflow

Selling my 120g (48x24x24) set up. Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY, 11238.
2nd floor walk up. wide doors, stairs, etc. was easy to get inside.

This is sold as a package only:
1 120G Tank Not Reef Ready
1 48x24x24 stand w canopy

Price: $300
or
Trade: Dimmable Light fixtures i.e. Evergrow d120's, or Evergrow IT2040/2080, Calcium reactor, dosing machine, SPS, Home theatre sound system, gas scooter, uh...I don't know.

If it is not listed, it is not for sale

Notes:
Tank has some minor scratches from normal use, that are not visible when tank is clean and filled.

I got a set up that more so fits what I was originally looking for.
I'm picking it up tomorrow and would prefer to get this 120g set up OUT the same day.

Yes, it's a GREAT price. I'm was kind of annoyed considering what I paid for it just 1 year or so ago. But, whatever I guess. It's taking up 48x24x24 inches worth of space in my LR

Please folks, have a schedule in mind if you want to come for the tank.
I cannot wait for folks that MIGHT swing by, or folks that have to call up their boys but want me to wait for hours without having any clue, or folks that just are in no way prepared to actually pick up a set up of this size.
Flakes also are not appreciated.

I'm a busy person in addition to wanting to sell this thing.
