Then I've got this t5 fixture, 48in, but only two of the bulb sockets work (or the bulbs are messed up idk I never messed with it much) and it doesn't have any legs

RO/DI system, filters are new, membrane probably needs to be changed. I never figured out how to plumb it and I've been using tap water for years and it just sits here
