big puffer fish needs new home asap

My friend bought a big puffer and threw it in 57 rimless, obviously it's not doing good because it needs 100+gal minimum. It's eyes are starting to cloud since it's been in the small tank for 2 weeks now. Need someone to pick it up today!! Trade for a smaller fish. It's prob 6 inches long and 2-3 inches wide.

Should use artemis asap from micro lift for the cloudy eyes . It will get worse. Treat him for ten days . It's not the size of the tank causing the cloudy eyes...my wife always says size doesn't matter

He was fine in the other tank, he bought him and put him in this tank and fed him live guppies and it's never been the same. Is that stuff reef safe?
