Probably, but I'm not sure how big the filtration compartment is in that tank.

They list it as a 3.25*3.25" footprint. In practice, I think it probably needs 3.5" in one dimension for the power cord to bend. It's definitely among the smallest footprints of any non-airstone skimmer.
