doser pump IVAC

I bought this peristatic pump from Cristobree to dose kalk and never set it up. It has been sitting in my basement for two years gathering dust so its time to get ridof it. I'm not 100% sure how it works anymore, maybe cristobree could give us a quick refresher?
Anyway I paid $50 for it but just want to get it out of the house so I'll take $30, pick up is in Park slope, Brooklyn

I have a vague idea, but I've never actually used it.
