I would say hes correct on the Pavona ID. There are a few different types of pavona's.
Heres a pic of another one similiar to his

and heres another

I have one with the growth very similiar to the 2nd one

Those are pavona maldivensis. i have the green one and I been looking for the orange one.

I have the orange one, but its only a frag. my green one grows much faster from what i've seen
