It comes with a eheim pump, hoses, etc. The only thing you will need is calcium and supply your own CO2 tank. Other than that, it's finish. It is a very easy unit to set up...

Onething I do want to add is that this unit is not bulky and fits under any stand nicely. I ran it with a paintball CO2 tank and worked perfectly...
