current lights

I have 3 36 inch current dual with moonlights. brand new 2 in box and one used for 1 week. 2 needs bublbs the 3rd has new bulbs. 225 for all 3 .

the skimmer is the cause of the bubbles. i finaly pinpointed. it suck. what can I do? my tank is like a glass of dom perignon. and I upgraded the outflow pump for better flow. had the pump alreadybut i dont remember the skimmer making bubbles in he tank in the first few days of use.
