250 Watt PFO Metal Halide

I have for sale a 250 watt DE Metal Halide PFO fixture and an Ice Cap Electronic Ballast with Phoenix 14,000K bulb. (about 4-5 months use)

I'm also going to throw in a used Ushio 14,000K bulb.

How old is the ballast? Is the pendant in very good condition (any rust?)?

No idea on the age but there's no rust. Its in very good condition.
