How to catch this Eel

Folks looking for some help here, need to catch my Zebra Eel.....he?s being a ****. Can?t srart dismantling my rock work. He?s promised to a stand up guy who came from Jersey and we spent a hour trying to get him out......any reasonable ideas would be appropriate

Put a piece of pvc pipe in there. Leave it in there a couple days he may use it to hide. I fought a wrass that way after a few days he made it his home

Small barbless hook

Put a small barbless hook in food then feed it to him. As soon as he bites the food tank him Out. The hook should come right out. Pm me and I?ll give my number

The pvc pipe work great seal one end. The sealed end put a piece is shrimp. Make sure the pipe is longer then eel when it goes in net the opens side. Thats how I used to catch my eels

He's gonna put up a fight though

Another way is a Snare Pole
take a thin pipe loop a piece of rope through it
feed the eel while making it go through the loop
tighten the loop and pull it out

Just make sure the rope is not to thin otherwise it can cut into the eels skin (no big deal because it will heal but you rather not hurt it if you can help it)
