I shifted some things again around today. I feel like I am forever moving things around to make this small closet feel bigger! Once i moved the sump to the right I was able to have the Carbon and GFO reactors dump into the refugium instead of directly into the sump. It's cleaner look but we'll see how goes because now my fuge has more GPH going through it. If the price on those ARID reactors gets more attractive I may turn the fuge into a frag tanks and run one of those for chaeto growth. Here's a pic.

Lookin good Adam. Been a long time since I saw the thread. I'm looking forward to setting up a tank in the new house. All filtration will be in the basement so for once I won't be trying to stuff everything in the stand.

Probably going to use the same LEDs and pendants. I'll probably run t5's along with the LEDs and then experiment with taking the t5's away after I get a good base pattern of growth to then compare to the LED's.

Nice upgrades Adam. I think its time for another FTS.

Here are some bad ones! I just can't get good pictures of the tank. Everything just comes put blue.

I added more actinic LED's from build my led. I was able to actually attach them to the 2 strips that were going along the length of the tank. Now I have actinics going around each MH pendant like the old VHO retro setups. I 'm a bit surprised because I added 5 more strips and they didn't add a drastic amount of blue just a little more pop making the look of the actinic photo period a tad brighter and bluer. I run 400 watt 20k radiums on Hamilton ballasts which over drive them, the color they put out with that combo is a crisp white with a very small hint of blue. These extra strips made it a little bluer which I really wanted. I also got some clams this morning from Live Aquaria.

The system is almost 100% complete and I have begun testing throughout the cycle. As far as the setup goes I am pretty happy with how it turned out for the most part and how it's running. I still need to get my canopy and wood stand built for the tank. I also need to get the calcium reactor running and I am waiting for a solenoid and some RODI "Y" fittings to come in so I can get my water change making setup complete. Once I have a second solenoid and 2 Y's I would like to set up the rodi to feed my auto top off tank like it has been using a Buckeye High Low switch with a pressure float switch as a fail safe and at the same time be able to make water controlled by a timer or float switch as well.

Because of my ankle injury and not being able to move much I didn't do any of the plumbing on my manifold or any of the reactors that run on it. It was all done by an old friend who used to be a vendor here. Most old timers remember Leo from NACLH20! Leo did a great job with the plumbing and allot of other things to get the system up to his standards. Most of it is being fed with RO push fittings and valves to make adjustment and maintance very simple. Everything is unioned and easy to remove and swap out of needed and also setup on my controller. Here are the pictures.

I finally found this build, looking good Adam!
