Thats a great article of the unit. The reviewer basically states that the unit fulfilled all of the things it claims to do. He was just not as impressed with its ability to dialyze the water itself. In all fairness to the company though, the unit has been upgraded since the article in 2006. The new dialysis membranes are far superior to the one tested.

All that being said, skimmer etc still exist on the systems. The dialyseas significantly takes tank automation to a new level and significantly reduces contaminants.

One has to remember that with water changes all we are doing is diluting the level of contaminants whereas the dialysis membrane aids significantly in its removal......

Sorry to give the bad news, Herman's tank crashed this past summer due to a fire next to his home. It took out the electric and raised the temp of the tank over 90 degree's.
