Hi friend first stablish and mature your biological filtration and then add live rock and live sand, your live rock are uncured and this will raise your amonia a lot during curing, avoid water changes and filter maintenance both affect the biological filtration to some degree and in my opinion try to put 6 watts of light per gallon, i have your same tank size and i use 3 250w MH= 750watts,Your friend Ralphyhp From PR.
