Wow responding 2 days later how irresponsible of me. It's a 75 gallon which will hopefully be set up for lps, sps etc. I am going with a sump/protein skimmer/live refugium and will try to get this custom made acrylic. For now I am just keeping the live rock and a few invertebrates because I need to check my tank for copper. I'm getting a 5 stage ro this week. Thanks for asking got to try and get some of this in my sig.

Future Sump

Diagram of what I want my sump to look like Baffles will be 8 inch high. Putting it on here to have it critique / looked at before ordering.
Update on progress. 5 stage rodi system installed. ASM G3 ordered. Sump next and lights last. Then 1-2 months of circulation and then stock!!!!

Edited due to my horrible design added most curent possible design.

if your sump is 14"tall.....i think your baffles can be 10" tall to hold a little more volume.....also look into a external return pump and plan for a ATO....

your sump is almost the same dimensions as mine....but im using a external skimmer (octopus recirc 150)....heres a pic for some reference and ideas if needed....

Nice design autoponizc.
I Sorted of abonded the design aspect of my sump and left it in the hands of the guy making the sump and Daceman89. Only thing that remains are the outer diameters. This a pic of what might be the final design. Mag 12 replaced by eheim pump.

And Here we go! Day 1

Well since I started I've had to change my tank due to the fact I used a questionable product from my fresh water days in the tank and I could not be certain it was all gone. These are pics of my new upgraded setup and the timeline of work. A quickie description is 90gl aga with 3 inch sandbed,80lbs live rock (need one more piece), 3 snails, 2 crabs, 2 cleaner shrimps, and a sailfin tang. Only one leather coral for now I am leeting the tank run a bit before introducing corals.
Sump description about a 40gl, fuge side about liverock rubble ( will have sandbed and cheato), Eheim return, and asm g3.

nice david....90g RR is a nice upgrade......but only thing is the sump have baffles thats too far apart and takes up extra room in the return area.....and could be taller....good chance the micro bubbles are gonna get into the return area......also i see u got a coralife powercenter....i went through 3 of those...the timer sucks......look into a RK2 or ACjr ...its worth it . have fun!

David - Nice start, man I'm glad your skimmer fit in there.

Autoponicz - The baffles are 3" apart which is what they should be. Baffles should be between 2"-3", the bubbles need space and time to rise. I would have like them about 10" tall also, but I think Dave didn't want the tank that full of water.

It was the first time I saw something like that so I jumped on it, didn't know of other makers I guess i'll wait till this one goes and take your advice. Thanks and Kimoyo is right I limited his space for my ballast. So something had to suffer and that was my fuge side.
Paul nice work. Thank you very much.
Looks well planned, should be a nice tank.
You can run the phosban reactors in line if you want to eliminate one of the powerheads.
I am running carbon on one of the reactors, so the flow has to be minimal and possibly controllable but thanks for the advice I never would have thought of it.
Well final pics and salutations to first and foremost Daceman89 none of this was possible without his help. Kimoyo for building my sump. Deanos for his info on copper. Jhale for aquascaping. Autoponicz for all of his input. and all others here who have replied to my posts and from whom posts I have read and used their helpful info.
Here are the pics.
