So after my 3rd battle with Ich/Brooklynella i decided to start from scratch. I took everything out of my tank, washed all the rocks with steaming hot fresh water, drained the tank 95%, put all the coral and fish into quarantine and re-arranged everything. After 8 weeks of leaving the tank fallow even after all that here are some pics finally.

Coraline grew real fast it only took a couple of months initially and grew back after about 3 weeks.

Tony, i like the glass it helps keep all my jumpers and my water in. My 125 requires excessive amounts of water as it is i dont need any more evaporating. The sump is open underneath.

Rob, a netting in top would keep all jumpers in tank, and i bet your tank temp would drop 2-3 degrees if you were to remove the glass tops. Kathyc made a great DIY thread about her covers, please check it out.
Your evap would be lower bc of temp drop, so no worries about more evap.

Tank looks great!
