(2) Kessil 160we on a 80gallon Frag tank?

Needs some help with my lighting. Are (2) kessil 160we LEDs enough light for sps on a 80 frag tank (48x24x12). My aquascape is only 2 islands that will be directly under my lights. Will these give me enough coverage for the tank and specifically for sps?

I don't have a 160 kessil but have had used 150w and 4 350w. 160 are brighter and controllable. In my opinion your better with 2 360w or 2 350w which are still around and at good price. Just using my 90 gal as example with 4 350w that are doing alright job on all SPS tank. Had 1 150w on 15 gal frag tank on SPS tank. Didn't work had to use the LED Chinese lights.

I just came from blue aquatic in bayshore and they had 3 kessil 160's on a 90 and I think for sps it might not work that great. Lps should be good though. I'm thinking of maybe going for a used pair of Vegas but I have to check the par on them. Only thing about kessils I don't like are that they don't go to 0% and if I'm going to shell out $$ for (2) 360's I want them to have a great day/night option.

I have 2 160 on a 120 4x2x24"tall and they work great! Lots of growth. Their spread is rated at 20" and 224" deep. The 360 are really for going deeper to 36" But either would work I am sure. I have them running off an Apex to control the color and intensity. so easy to setup! I can txt you pic of the tank if you send me your cell#
