24" t5 tek lighting or 150K aquaspace =light

I have 4 t5 bulb tek lighting and 150 k aquaspacelight. I am finding that im not getting the kind of growth im looking for with my aquaspacelight on my 65 gal tank. 36" wide. Do you suggest i swap out the aquaspacelight and drop back in my t5's?
