40 Gallon Breeder FOWLR Build

Hello Everybody,

Starting a 40 Gallon Breeder, plumbed to a 15 gallon sump. Not too sure what to do with it yet. It is going to a FOWLR. I have two concepts in mind and must decide. Came up with a list of what I would possibly get.

Predator Tank (these fish will be very small):
Dwarf Lionfish
Snowflake Eel
Huma Trigger
Dogface Puffer
Sally Lightfoot Crab
etc.

"Cute" Fish Tank
Flasher Wrasse
Japanese Chromis
Black Percula
Flame Angel
Bluespot Jawfish
Flame Hawkfish
Purple Firefish
Flashing Tile
etc.

Any Input?

Those predator tank choices will grow out your 40 fast, no matter how small you start out...I would go with your 'cute' list.

Ditto + be careful almost all of those cute fish tend to jump so plan to cover the tank completely
