40g tank drilling?

Can we drill the 40g breeder tanks available at Petco & Petsmart, which I believe is the Aqueon or All-Glass one. On the tank it says it is tempered, but maybe just the bottom of the tank is tempered & the back glass can be drilled?

Has anyone done this?

Do not drill the Aqueon. I broke 2 this summer and I was drilling the side. I also broke a tetra tank. AGA should be no problem.

This is just my opinion. I have drilled over 100 tanks and only cracked 4. Yes, I know 3 this summer. Deep Blue 40 should not be a problem. I did a few of these recently.
