6 Line wrasse and Peppermint stuck in the back of my AP

Went to do tank maintenance today and noticed that my tank was looking empty. In the back of my Aqua Pod waiting to be fed were my 6 line and peppermint shrimp, stuck behind the false back. Why and how they got there, I dont know.

I have a cpr aquafuge hanging in the back, so getting in there is very difficult. I tried to suck them out with a large hose, but it didnt work, and my tank was draining too fast.

any suggestions?

My one female black clown keeps getting over my back wall in my biocube. I think she must be getting too close to the surface and just kicks over the top. My tank is drilled so she ends up in the filter sock, so sorry no suggestions on how to get them out.

Food filled net?
For the shrimp you may just be able to stick your hand and he will jump on to clean you...you know...cuz you may just want to leave the wrasse their:tongue1:

I tried to do the food in net thing and they both are just too damn smart for me. I LOVE my wrasse, i will be colossally pissed off if he decides to stay in there and die.
