i finially have my 60 cube up and running with fw in the garage for 24 hrs to check for leaks and so forth. Here are some pics!

THe stand isn't anywhere close to being finished out, but you can get the general idea.

question: should I run 1" or 3/4 return to my display from the mag 9.5? INstructions say 1", but the threads are for 3/4. Thats what it's running on now.

Very nice!!! Can't wait to see it populated!

And my tank has a 1" bulkhead and my pump outlet is 3/4" like yours. So it goes from 3/4" off the Mag (Flexible tubing) and upsizes to 1" (PVC) before it gets to the bulkhead and then 1" throughout the rest to the tank.

Did you do that "rockwall" to cover your overflow yet? I wanna see what it looks like. And the stand is looking really nice. Professional looking work!

And are you making a canopy too? Or just going with pendants?

bleeingthought.. hangin' new 400w MH DE Hamilton Reefstar Pendant above it. As for the rockwall.. i have one installed on the side. nothing fancy, but in 6 mos wiht some coraline and zoas on it itll be coooool.

As far as skimmers go.. for now I'm going to mod my Remora to set in the sump.

Plans for the sump...right now the plans for the sump is to house my equipment and thats about it.. there isnt a l ot of room under there. I'll probably turn the sump so that it is long ways in the tank so that I can get to my collection cup easier.

And what are you planning to do with the other tank? I heard you mention it was bowing... Is it a goner?
