Trying something different. Will be suspending canopy from ceiling . Floating canopy. Waiting for the cables.ill see if I like it. Canopy wasn't made to sit on tank so I hope I do like it. Still need to get a controller. My other tank sits about 10' from where this tank is. So I have a question. Can I expand the apex I have to control this new setup? If so how. Will it be cost efficient or better to get a separate controller.

Yes I have a door for the stand. Just waiting to be complete before I attach it.

You can totally expand just get another outlet module and run a long enough telephone cable (the 4 wire kind).
