Purchased on 10/17/2015 - in mint condition. Have original box and receipt for warranty purposes. It's a 9w UV filter with prefilter sponge and pump, nothing more to buy. Just install using the suction cups included on pump and plug in. I have been running it 24/7 and it has maintained my water clear. I have upgraded to a 25w due to my future tank upgrade.
