having some cyanobacteria problems water is good was running mh 8 hours and actinics for 10 hours.got more flow to the areas and running the mh for 5 hours now but still running the actinics for 10 hours still .does this add to the problem should i cut down from 10 hours?

is this a new tank? i wouldnt worry about your actinics
cyanobacteria is fueled from these sources below:
po4
no3
lighting
dead spots

from your specs if reliable, i suspect your and bio load n po4 is high and dead spots.
clean up crew b need to b increase too.

How old are the bulbs.That a factor.There are other factors as well.How often do you feed your fish,do you use ro water and how old is the membrane etc...You need to narrow it down.Process of elimination.
