what is everyone adding for coral growth. is there a product that stands out? right now i am using calcium, iodide and strontium/molybdenum. am i missing anything important.

Water changes - it works wonders for me.

Course, I don't have all that much in the way of corals that amount to any serious uptake either though.

Are you adding just calcium, or a calcium/alkalinity 2 part product? If it is just calcium it will throw your ca/alk balance out of whack. A good 2 part product would be b-ionic or c-balance. As for the iodine and strontium, be careful not to overdose. I would recommend dosing only if you are testing your water first and know that you need it. HTH

yeah i add ca and i have a alk also i add and i add them on seperate days. i hope this is ok.

I have a CA reactor and I dose Coral grower from salifert. I have been having pretty good growth since I started the salifert dose about a month or 2 ago.
