AI Sol Blue on fowlr settings?

I run 2 x AI Sol Blues on my 180g fowlr.

Wondering if anyone can give me some recommended settings for viewing pleasure. I work 7 am - 4 pm then gym til around 5:30 so really only see the tank on the weekends and after 6 PM. Typically asleep by 10 pm.

It uses the original controller, none of that fancy stuff.

one of my AI sols is currently flickering, unsure the reason for it any ideas?

There no recommended settings for It all Depends what you have in your tank If it's fish or coral
