ok this is what it looks like the air bubble I can stop with a sock but need to change the sock every day, and there is nothing in my tank yet its still cycling. Its the noise I am trying to stop also 2 picture 1 is the setup I have the other is what I would like to do. Plz tell me what you think to stop the noise and maybe help with the bubbles.

If I'm reading your plea for help & due ot massive reading I been doing I think your solution is the John guest tubing , see picture below...

Your tubes are like the two that are on the left & you need to make it like the one on the right hand side.

if that is the way your plumbing is... no wonder you are getting a lot of bubbles... and why would you need to replace a filter sock everyday?
The path should be as simple as possible without any extra turns as such.

The picture of the plumbing is what it is right now and goes straight down to the Sump and im getting problems with air bubbles and noise. The drawing was an idea I was thinking of
