Algae I D needed

So I'm about 8/9 days in on dosing. Been putting 9ml in each day as I have a 90 gallon. The first few days I saw a huge change water was clear I didn't have to touch the glass nothing. Slowly there is brown stuff on the glass again the stringy bubbly brown on the pump rock and some coral. My gfo has kicked in as phosphates are down to .06 so now what?

Took about 2 weeks but knock on wood but the tank is all clear and no more algae !!!
