I don't think any size (reactor) is gone help you to reduce the Nitrate and PO4 at the levels you inspect. To see a great effect on low the Nutrition's ,you need a way more then that, for me works great, large refugium , 90 Gal.

That is crazily impressive! LOL.

What do you have for water circulation in the 90G chaeto fuge?

That , great Q.
Chaetto love ,space ,water flow and High PAR Light, not 5 W or 15 W florescent bulb.
Now ( 7/23/2017) is little dif. not a lot, i screw up my both Light Fix. (4 x 54 W H.O. T5 ) i got tempo. some LEDs , but NOT even close to T5 HO ( 4 bulbs). For me the problem is to balance the Nitrate and PO4, i try a comb. of Algae Scrubber Filter and Chaetto , i end up 0.2 ppm Nitrate ( i try...2 to 5 ppm) PO4 , 8 ppb ( mean 0.03 ppm) now i try Chaetto and Mangrove plants.

Yes, i got few pumps (Tunze) on my refuge, include some from manifold flow around few hundred Pukani Rocks.:teeth:
