ALTERNATIVE CALCIUM METHODS

Are there other ways to add calcium other than store-bought additives, calcium hydroxide, or a calcium reactor. I know water changes help too, but I was wondering if there are more natural ways other than adding a chemical solution to the system. any ideas or a direction to look -websites, etc..

You may already know this but for those who do not. Kalkwasser or Pickling lime is a natural mineral, it is not a compound chemical that is blended or produced. That is about as natural as it gets.
