Alternative Tank Styles

Has anyone ever tried a non-mainstream type of tank? I'd like to see something along the lines of a cold water habitat, deep water habtitat, non-photsynthetic reef, etc. If you have any pics can you post them ?

Yeah a la Homer Simpson style.
Actually at the NY aquarium they have a crab or lobster with a cold water anenome growing on it, I kind of wanted something like that. Possibly with some cold water fish too. Go fishing in my aquarium hehehe.
