so three weeks ago i got an anemone and my clowns went into it almost immediately. fed him before i went to bed last night at his usual feeding time. when i woke up this morning my tank was all cloudy and parts of my anemone where rolling around the bottom of the tank. it looked like he exploded. i tested the water almost immediately and the params where

Salinity 1.024
ammonia ~0
nitrite 0

and im planning to do a water change in the next couple hours.

i have no clue what went wrong. he was doing fine and then boom. gone! any help on the topic would be helpful.

combination of both small and large pieces. its wierd that he would get sucked into it without something being wrong in my opinion because he never went near it. his foot was strong and he didnt move from where he was placed except to the climb the back wall and then climb back down it. he seemed happy where he was and didnt move from that spot.

Somtimes it doesnt matter they just up and decide to walk.

Its best to cover any exposed pumps with covers if you have nems.

Take out the peices and do a water change and run carbon.

Tunze and Vortechs are soup makers waiting to happen
