Anemone

Do anemones commonly stay high on the rocks like this one or do they do better on bottom.I can make some room on the bottom

Very nice nems brotha , nems will acclimate themselves to the surroundings they are comfortable with , no two are alike , I have a few nems and one likes to stay on the sand bed, one loves the high back glass and the others like to move around along the mid to low areas of my tank.

It all depends on them. They stay where there most comfortable. I have 2 out in the open. 1 that stays under a rock. Then I have 1 inside a rock. They don't move too often now that they are set

Nems go where they want to go till they find a place that there happy with. You may have to move some corals and such when and if they wander

That is a bubble tip anemome it will find it's happy place
Haddoni is sand bed anemone
Mertens are also on the bottom but attached to rocks

IF the nems are moving make sure to turn off or lower the power on the powerhead. They can get caught and make a mess in the tank. Once you see they have settles you can resume with powerhead.

Got a decent pic of anemone and clown ,the top one is doing good exept the green is getting lighter i think its cause its closer to the light,sucks cause the bottom one has a really nice green
