Any Arcylic or glass casting factory on board?

Interested in ordering a custom made horse ring "CLEAR" tube like thing about 3 feet wide, 4" Tall. Arcylic, lexan or glass does are acceptable choice. If you have other clear material that fits the purpose is cool tool. It must be SW safe and very transparent.
