Blue face Angels can be tough to get eating in the beginning. Try Formula I & II, Spriulina Flake and nori. Also try Spectrum Pellets. Make sure you don't have any larger Angels as the Blue face will be easy bullied.

Also you should quarantine all your fish and not place them directly into your tank.

As for the Angel changing into adult colors, well that can take quite some time. Depending on how far along the Angel is currently, is it a fully Juv or did it start to show adult colors, it probably wouldn't fully change into the adult colors.

angels r hardly eaters n will eat almost anything once they r train to accept food in cap. but sponge(not the type on the kitchen sink:smile:)should be included as part of their diet. i think they start changing after 4".

there is a angel based sponged diet ready made food that is frozen. i feed that to all my anglels with a tounch of garlic extreme. follow qt rulz and you cant go wrong. changing colors depends on how he is in your tank. bullied for example will take longer. eating well and good water paremeters also can help but that isnt an exact science there. its a great fish. enjoy
