Apex question

My pump shuts off every time I put it in the auto position? Anyone no why? Also it won't shut off when I press feed mode any guidance will help thanks. On another note. every time I try to save anything from fusion it won't save it says something about the apex timing out. I have to log in the old way to make any major changes.

Put it to the on position and wait a minute or two then hit Auto, it happens to me and this usually works

Yeah thanks but I already tried that. When I put it on auto it turns the pump off instead of on. I have the default on on but it reverts to the off for some reason.

What does the programming look like for that outlet?

fall back on, feeder on A. I'm in fusion right now. Not sure how to get to the advance settings. Initial time off 000.00 on time 005.00 off time 000.00.

Change the Control Type to Advanced.

What's the initial time settings for? Is there a period of time you want the pump to be off?

Here is how my program looks:
Fallback ON
Set ON
If FeedA 000 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
Use this program and you are good to go. I use feed D when I am doing a water change.

Do you have your skimmer shut off anytime the pump is off to prevent it from overflowing?

Below is the program I am using. The skimmer goes off when my return pump is off and goes on 2 minutes later. Since I have my skimmer in my sump this will prevent it from over flowing.
