Hi all,

I have my 110 setup and moved my little buddies into their new home. Thanks for eveyoness help on the setup.

Now that my auguapod is empty except for a few guys on the cleaning crew and rock. I wanted you opions on what kinds of corals would be best to start off with. I have never had a coral in my life so please keep that in mind!

The only mod I have done to the aquapod is add the maxi jet 1200. All my chems are right on target and the tank itself is ready to go.

I agree with Deanos.Green star polyps are easy too.Maybe even a frogsspawn. All of the corals mentioned were among the first to go into my tank.I forgot one more,my bubble coral.
Hope that helps

What lighting do you have? If you have the ap24 with pc lighting I would say the above is right, if you have the ap24 with MH lighting you can have anything!

I would also add to the list candy canes. They are fairly easy but really color up with MH lighting.

- Green Star Polyps, they will spread fast, so you might have to keep an eye on them
- Zoas
- Mushrooms
- Finger Leather
- Yellow Polyps
- Frogspawn
- Ricordeas

This are the few corals that i have in my tank, and i'm not an expert in corals, not even close. I believe these would be a good fit, since you don't really have to feed them (unless you want to), they tend to grow pretty quick as long as they don't have too much or too little flow, and they add color to your tank!
