In Florida and the Bahamas it is used for lobster. Both places it is illegal and in the Bahamas it is forbidden to have it even on your boat. I only had one brush with a guy who used it for lobster. I was picking up tropical's from him about 15 years ago and asked if he had any empty boxes to put the bags in. Down from the attic came about 5 Clorox boxes. LOL Busted . I am sure though he never used it for tropical's. I used to buy about 75-80 Cuban hogs every week from him. That was before Brazil screwed the market.
