Your question is not an easy one. Some corals and fish can tolerate cool water in fact some do well in the low 60's. 68 degrees is not that cool, if your water is in the 90's, that would be a totally different story. Circulate the water as often as possible but don't lose sleep if you forget to do it. My tank lost power for three days, water temprature, 69 degrees. Everything is coming back slowly now.

You need to keep in mind that even in tropical climates water temps hover in the lower to mid 70s due to incoming tides and rain. So it is not unheard of that temps also do go into the 60s. As long as you can keep the temps in the mid 60s to low 70s you will be fine. They can tolerate colder temps, but not for long periods of time.
