My display is showing a exclamation symbol in the upper right hand corner. Anyone know what that's about? also channel 2 which controls 4 bulbs is only turning on 2 bulbs and at other times it turns n all 4 bulbs. Anyone have this issue before?

Fixture is in safe mode. Check the fans. Make sure they are on. that means the fixture is hot. Contact ati

Yes the above. There a way to re-set the fixture for the bulb issue but I also have an issue with the ! mark.
Hold down the 4 outer buttons for a few seconds and it will reset. Mind you, the settings should be saved but sometimes the date and time will go to factory.
Make sure the fan isnt blocked or gunked up

I reset the fan voltage and then factory reset the light. everything is fine now
